Job Descriptions
➢ Handling Sales Volume to Development.
➢ Monthly Sales Report to GM.
➢ Developing strategy, sales & marketing planning, market and profit targets.
➢ Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
➢ Lead, manage, coach and mentor internal sales, business development managers and technical support engineers.
➢ Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target areas.
➢ Identifying new markets and new sales channels
➢ Direct marketing and PR support activities.
➢ Provide proactive leadership and direction for the global sales, marketing and customer support teams, ensuring they achieve and exceed their objectives and targets
➢ Management of international agents and distributors.
➢ Create and manage sales & marketing budgets.
➢ Prepare sales and revenue forecasts.
➢ Monitor competitor’s products, services and prices.
➢ Attend exhibitions and trade fairs to promote AKSA products and services.
➢ Lead negotiations with customers and external agents, cultivating long-term customer relationships.
➢ Contribute to the company’s product road map.
➢ Complete management of the product portfolio, including both new product introduction and obsolescence.
➢ Monthly and yearly management reporting.
➢ Develop a reputation as being one of the most knowledgeable individuals in the industry
➢ Support the MD/GM in all assigned projects
Job Requirements
➢ Any Graduate or BE/AGTI-Mech/EP/MT or diploma Engineering
➢ Over 7 year working experienced
➢ Must have a Driving license will be preferred
➢ Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
➢ Enhancement and motivation of the sales and marketing team.
➢ Ability to diversify into new markets.
➢ Contribute to the success of other departments.
➢ Drive the company product development team to produce industry leading products.
➢ Ensure that the AKSA brand remains acknowledged as the number one in the industry.
