Job Descriptions
• Develop and implement product strategies to align with spare parts industry in Myanmar so as to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities, pricing and use insights to enhance product offerings.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of high-quality spare parts at competitive prices.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory costs.
• Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, advanced tools and techniques, problem solving skills and customer service best practices.
• Collect updated product information in the market and analysis it to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and collateral to support sales efforts.
• Work closely with finance department to set very competitive price for car spare parts.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve any product-related issues or inquiries.
• Arrange meetings to discuss product knowledge and share information with mechanic specialists.
• Strong experience in contract negotiation with rules and regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to car spare parts.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, mechanics, and automotive enthusiasts to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the spare parts industry.
• Strong networking shall have been built with car spare parts importers, dealers, suppliers and mechanics throughout the Myanmar.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel as needed to expand potential market share.
